I need help with one medical bill

Hi,

I work hard to pay bills as they occur, but I have hit one bill that is for my primary doctor that I cannot pay! The doctors service is always the best and I just can't seen to get this one bill paid and it is growing monthly to the point It is out of control. Originally I thought to myself that I could catch it up next month, but that was an impracticle thought as each month it gets bigger and bigger!

I do have medicare which is a help, but am unsure how to t ake care of this bill. Medicare does pay 3/4 of all of my medical bills to a point, but it seems just 25% is growing out of control! I am not sure what to do!

I am sure my biggest problem with this is that with Multiple Sclerosis I have more medical bills today on a regular basis, but having been a person who was always responsible for myself, I feel helpless now.

I just received my latest bill from the doctor and can see it is growing beyond me. Presently the bill is $184.52 and I know that is trivial, but for me it is a million leaving me with the thought that I should just not go to the doctor and I know that will leave me physically going down hill as monetarily I am going down another hill!

Life for me has gotten too hard to live on many fronts at the same time.

This message is in response to Soulmate. You have it all wrong about this company MedFund-USA http://www.medfund-usa.com After reading your comments I checked out the site closely and it clearly states that it is not a charity who provides grants to just anyone who asks. Instead, closer examination shows that it A MUCH NEEDED VIABLE ALTERNATIVE TO MEDICAL INSURANCE. After reading through their information I contacted them and was pleased at how they described what they are all about. It is a membership organization whose Members help other members through tough times. For those who are looking for an out an out grant, then best look elsewhere like the government or a church. THIS COMPANY IS FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS LIKE MYSELF WHO PRESENTLY HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE OF ONE KIND OR ANOTHER, but like most are tired of receiving very little coverage for high premiums, plus having to pay large deductibles, Co-Pay's and 80/20 plans and anything else the insurance companies choose to lay on us. This MedFund-USA company is most definitely the way to go. I hope I have helped clarify any misunderstanding.

Christa, I appreciate your response. When I use to work so much years ago and make good money I didn't think about it, but now I have to find ways to be sufficient! Thanks

I don't understand the site that is listed by Christa . How can a person pay the $389.00 membership fee to join this organization if they don't have the money to pay a medical bill in the first place ? Something is up here. soulight
